Each roller comes with a new grade 8 bolt. This material is self lubricating and will last a long time. No Bearings, so No Bearing failures! Rollers are made out of material that is 100 times harder than High Density Polypropylene Plastic. This compound can not be molded. It is extruded into round rods, rollers are solid and then cut and milled into the shapes of the rollers. Rollers/Bolts around 4.5 lbs. These Rollers/ Bolts are a Little Lighters than the factory steal rollers, so when the decks are up, decks are being transported to the next location to mow, The rear part of the decks are hanging lower than the front of the decks. The front of the deck hangs higher than the rear of the decks. I like that because there is less chance to catch the front of the decks on a obstacle. ((((( PLEASE NOTE: When using the TORO Factory Rollers you tighten the bolt all the way up tight! Then the Bearings turn inside the Roller. Buyer will need to use Blue Loctite and/or put a few Pings in the bolt threads where bolt's Do Not Back Out of Bracket. On these Rollers you Can Not Tighten Completely Up Like Factory Rollers Because the Roller Turns on the Grade 8 Bolt. Failure to install without doing above can cause the Roller/ Bolts to out/come off Decks and cause Damage to Decks/ or People. )))) I have refurbished over 45 Toro units, 3500,4500 and 4700 Groundsmaster mowers. Think of the time you will save trying to remove old bearings in your warn out rollers. I only used top of the line New Fafnir bearing when rebuilding old warn rollers.
